Creating Standard Operations

1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
3. In the Process section, click Standard Operation.
   Result: The Standard Operation window is displayed.
4. Click Action >Add.
   Result: The Standard Operation entry window is displayed.

5. Enter the code for and name of the new standard operation.
6. Click the Save button.
   Result: The new standard operation has been added and the Detail of the standard operation is displayed.
